The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions. We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable.
