Free airport shuttle was a lifesaver especially at late arrival because it would be hard to find the hotel except taking a taxi. The size, comfort and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast room, staff and breakfast itself was perfect. Local bus stops were just a few steps away. Silent and safe neighborhood. Definitely worth to stay. The room was large, well appointed and clean. A special promotion offered free drinks from the minibar and a free buffet breakfast which was excellent. The front office was very friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was prompt and pleasant.

This hotel is to far from Brussels central for the sites, but when you are ready for that flight home it is super!. Very good room with all modern facilities. Very spacious and luxurious feel to it. I think one thing i did not like is that the room service was not regular. During my 5 night stay the bedspread was not changed even once also.The air conditioning did not work well. Room was hot/warm even though thermostate was set to 16C. Just the smell of the room at the arrival, then it was ok.No hot water in the bathroom. Cold shower is difficult when you wake up !. I've asked by phone not to cherge the expenses in the credit card, but they did, eventhough the response at that time was: Ok.No single use tooth brush and shaving toiletries. No debut/recent movies for free. Some mini bar ingredients are well ahead their 'best before' line... I left an expensive Jumper behind, I rang a soon as I realised - and waspromised a return call. I tnever arrived. I was even priomised a call ifthe Jumper had not been handed in. It didnt happen. Very disappointing. No Air Conditioning made for too warm a nights sleep. Parking. Driving instructions from the motorway would be useful and also to state that the main entrance is not in fact on the street given as it address because it is on a corner (from this street it is hardly visible at night and I drove past it twice. Not that central as claimed to be. Busses stop around 23:30 and only alternative is taking taxi from the city centre, which is not that expensive though (around 15-20€).The price was outrages. The cleanning of the rooms starts late (even 15:30 one time, the room was not cleanned), very dark rooms with not enought light, the rooms are not very hot even with the heating working for many hours to the maximum.no parking space. Lack of restaurant in the evening?. only cold water in the morning is an experience in this kind of hotel. The room was not very clean. Quality of food was very poor. The fact that they won't take us by shuttle to the train station and also they were suppose to shuttle us to our Judo Venue and they were un prepared for the amount of people going. As far as picking us up from the venue their were no phones so we were unable to call and they made no arrangments to pick us up. That was the main reason for staying at that hotel. Their intentions were mis leading. the parking is too expensive and complicated for first time visitors to the hotel. reservation for a 'Best Deal' room 460€ to 95€ and were given a standard room; booked a parking space but no space available; a cup of tea is served on request from a plastic flask.No restaurant in hotel. It would be much easier to spend time in the hotel, or even planing some walk-around the town if you don't have to think about place to have good meal. to expensive for what they offer. Staff. Service staff were terrible, rude and reckless. Probably they were all extra staff. Air condition was old and not working properly. Mini bar was empty. In smoking room there was ashtray but no matches. Bathroom amenities were very poor. No room service. Not a 4 star but maybe 2 star hotel. .
