The hotel is excellently situated for public transport which is important in Brussels. The lower priced rooms are very good value for money. They are large with all the facilities such as iron, hair dryer, safe, coffee making facilities fridge and TV.
The staff are very friendly and attentivewilling to help with tourist information if needed. My wife and I have stayed there twice now and would totally recommend it. While we stayed there on short holidays I have also worked in Brussels and it is

It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.

We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean.
