For its location ....it was very good price, for the two star hotel the rooms were very good .., the staff was very good and the best was the breakfast in the room at the time prescribed.About the only reasonable room rate in Brussels for a one night stay. Friendly staff. The price - much for the money - Welcoming atomsphere -The staff Hospitality.

I don't think it was value for money, alittle too expensive, but a comferatble and clean room, 10 minute walkto the centre, breakfast was just 2 bread rolls and a coffee and ornagejuice, but was ok. Noisy especially in the morning (the noises come from the street and the inside of the hotel too). Pls, make the hotel more visible with the help of a sign with it's name and house number, maybe some driving directions on the site are necessary as well: we've spent almost 2 hours trying to identify the place and nobody aroud couldn't help us as well (and we had a printed map!)... special thanks to the consierge from Sheraton Hotel who showed us the way to your place. Very noisy cause hotel is located on the main street of Brussels.The hotel is very old and not attractive to stay in. Toilet outside the bedroom.Narrow steps from entrance to the rooms. It is not a Hotel,it is very old hostel. the toilet was not clean and it was cramped to the maximum. location, room, food, furnishings, etc. etc.it's dirty, it's really stank because of the turkish restourant in the street. it's an hostel not an hotel. breakfast's poor. the bathroom door didn't close. No lock on shared ladies toilet 2nd floor, very noisy felt like people in corridor were in room with you, no maps apart from one on wall available staff appeared to know very little about Brussels.The hotel and my room was too airless and not so clean. No private toilet, no hotel room look, excessive smell of cooking, poor presentation of breakfast, etc etc. the staff, the cleanliness of the room. Everything, except the location.
