It is convenient and close to shops, restaurants and the EC buildings. The flats are clean and quiet and much larger than what you would get in a Hotel. There is a large grocery in the nearby mall, so one can easily use the self catering facilities.
The location, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment were very good. The kitchen, bathroom and furniture was brand new. When a minor incident occurred with the gas heater on Sunday morning, the staff responded promptly and effectively.all reviews »
A small, clean appartment, very well located (close to Gare du Nord
railway station as well as to Rogier metro station). Well equipped - all
one may need for either shorter or longer stay. Friendly owners.

This is a managed apartment. Mine was on the 4th floor with no lift, but I was warned so this is fine. Nice split level place with more than enough space.

The location is very convenient in the city center next to a shopping area and the Pedestrian Road
The flat is spacious, clean and equipped with almost every thing a traveler may need.
On the letsbookhotel.com site I could not find out that the reception of the
apartment is located in a sex-shop. This should be known in advance.

The stairs are very steep and a bit frightening to go up and down, particularly with a heavy suitcase. It wasn't a huge problem, but something to consider.
The internet connection was intermittent at times, especially in the morning. The apartments reception is located within a shop selling erotic items (this can be embarrassing for some people). A certain smell of gutter on the stairway leading to the apartments.
There was a distinct cigarette smell in the building/apartment.
The stairs for going up to the apartment where not convenient at all for bringing up a big luggage (a backpack is recommended).
The location area is a bit dodgy, however very close to the European Commission buildings.
Some people would be put off by the check-in procedure - locate a handwritten sign on a door between erotic shops and call a number for someone to appear with a key. Getting large luggage up the narrow spiral staircase would be impossible.
The internet connection was intermittent. Probably a provider problem, but annoying.

Corridor is a bit smelly, they seem to be having an issue with the sewage pipes in the backyard.
Please read carefully: this is a greata place, but with steep(!)
narrow stairs (and no elevator); this makes it highly inappropriate to
elderly / disable persons.Also, key pickup/return is in a sex-
shop, so if you have problems with this for whatever reason -- go some
place else.
Stairs are very narrow: going up or down with the baggage is not easy.
I was a bit puzzled when I realized the reception was actually the sex
shop in the basement, but then the guy in charge of everything is very
nice and the room was excellent.

Few days of early (07:00AM) noises from an under reconstruction next door facility.
The flat is on a main road which is always busy with ambulance siren most of the time.
The water heater is fixed in the bed room Cabinet and it is impossible to sleep without putting it off.
No lift and the stair case is extremely narrow which makes it very difficult to go through even for a young man with a small bag.
The flats are not sound proof and you can clearly hear the steps of the people in the flat upstairs the whole day.

Very small stairs winding up hardly possible to carry your luggage. No fire escape route when it burns.... you die.
