Excellent decor, modern but cosy. Excellent selection in breakfast. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. They help us out with Opera ticket, directions in the city, info on museums and always with a smile..... exceptional!. quiteness. very nice and luxurious hotel with great location in a good area of the city, the room was very big, modern and comfortable (3.50 m. high), two clean services every day, information about the weather for the next day every evening left on our pillows with a chocolate!!! the bathroom was also very big and comfortable wtih floor heating, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and reception.

We liked the service we got from the Reception Desk, the welcome drink of Prosecco and the Restaurant and Bar service and quality was good! We did not have to pay for the dog (10 Euro per night) because the air-cond. didn't work!. Breakfast was good - lots of choices. Good location. Staff was friendly.Maybe the location. It is not far from the centre, 20 minutes walk, but the area is a bit dead.. although beautiful, not great atmosphere in the sorroundings. Yet,city centre is easily reacheable by undreground and tram. The bedroom was not especially big but that is a minor complaint.only the size of the room are quiet small. Room was a bit small. The room was too small. The need to make sure that their appliances are in good working order!! The air- conditioning in our room did not work!! Also we had problems in both our Rooms to get the TV to work!! It is quite noisy in the Rooms facing the road! Especially if you have to have the window open, when the air-conditioning doesn't work!. Yes .. They offered a room with poor view (against the wall). When I complained they gave me a wider more comfortable room with beautiful view. It seems as if they will watch your reaction. If you accept it or they give you a better option. The shower was very nice but no water pressure at the big shower and water temp was changing like the weather!. they charged the parking even when we were parking the car next corner. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress was a thin, hard-as-a-rock cushion.

The Nemtoi Restaurant and Bar takes its name from the glass designer Ioan Nemtoi, whose works can be found in the whole building. Our chef de cuisine Bernhard Laimer and his team will pamper you with international and Austrian cuisine.

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00.

The Nemtoi Bar is open daily from 11:00 to 24:00.
