Very good value for money. Excellent location, helpful reception staff, very clean rooms, large selection of food for breakfast. During my four nights stay I felt welcome. Within walking distance of the tube, tram or city centre, in a quiet area, away from street noise. I would recommend the place both to young or single travellers and families with young or more mature children. The staff at this hotel were excellent in all areas. The room was very spacious. The hotel was very handily located to central Vienna, little more than a 5 minute walk to the attractions of central Vienna and a 2 minute walk to the subway station. Great Breakfast. All in all excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel is more than perfect and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay pleasant. Additionally, breakfast was nutritious and great in comparison to the "german speaking area's traditional greasy and salty breakfast culture"!. Location, near center of Vienna (walking distance), cleanliness, staff spoke English, good value, good breakfast, were able to park onsite (although parking onsite is limited). Douche are not fixed on the wall.Due to hot weather, it was necessary to keep window open at night and construction in the building next door started at 7:00 am, so we slept less than we would have liked. The shower was not really up to scratch, only a dribble of water, and would not switch over to allow a bath to be run. Coffee and tea making facilities would have been appreciated, although drinks available in request and staff were more than happy to help.It would have been nice to had tea making facilities. No wireless internet. the room was too little. There was construction that made it very noisy starting at 6.30 in the morning.room was small and dark. But I came to enjoy the city and not to stay in the hotel. The rest was fine!. The price doubled for pre New Year days which was really disappointing and became very expensive in terms of value for money.Noise in the street during the day.
