Lack of English of staff/ability to assist with basic requests. As we were 3 males staying together, we ordered a triple room, but 2 beds were basically in 1 big base for a double bed, but with 2 single mattresses. This wasn't too bad really, but it wasn't what we were expecting, which was 3 separate single beds. Also the shower head holder was broken and so you had to hold it instead.One litle problem with light and shower in bathroom, but extreme friendly hotel staff. the beds were to soft.Breakfast was officially served from 8 a.m. Even though they started a bit earlier, it is too late for business trips. Too expensive. the internet connection although is free it is not available in every room, specially in the rooms in the ground floor because the wi-fi signal is weak. I would improve this.I would also put a short explanation on the web site about how to find the entrance to the hotel becuase it is not easy to find it. It is not located below the sig that says "pension vera" and that is confusing. no coffee and tea facilities.
