Very clean and comfortable appartement. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and making rezervation at the restaurant. The location is very good for exploring the city. Tram station in front of the hotel 5 min to Schotentor Univ. and from there with the subway for 3 stations (around 5-6 min) and you are at Stephansdom - the hart of Vienna. Their airport service is cheaper than taxi.
all reviews » The apartments are in an excellent location, near the city and with public transport right on the doorstep. There are also very good local shops including a supermarket around the corner. The apartments itself was very clean, well appointed and the owners were very friendly. I arrived after reception hours and had no problems getting into my apartment.The hotel was lovely, clean, well-located, and the room well-appointed and comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a kind and welcoming staff. You can easily walk to the center of town (about 10 minutes) or just as easily take public transit. I will go back as soon as possible!. This is probably (one of) the best places to stay in Vienna. The appartement is in a good place and perfectly furnished. They let us stay the last day till the time we needed for free. I never had better :). it was well suited for our needs and easy to get to. people were very helpful in helping us get around and doing the things we wanted to do. Excellent in one word! The room was perfect and the location. I just can't think something negative. Will go again!. The apt is like a private suite in a hotel (but without the porter and lobby area). No it was the pick of the rooms I stayed in throughout my European vacation. The hotel is on a seemingly quiet street (Kochgasse) but there are busses coming through, so sleeping with the window open is not advisable (unless you are used to noise). Also, when arriving by car there is no way to legally stop long enough to check in. (You may get a ticket like we did, for leaving the car unattended for under 5 minutes as we rushed through the procedure to check in.). The apartment block is situated on a bus route and it can be a bit noisy especially as the first bus trundles past at about 6:30am. Although we did get used to it in the end. not a complaint but the addition of a toaster in the kitchen would have been great. The street is along a bus route which was a bit noisy, but fine if you have the windows closed. As it is an apartment, reception is only staffed during certain times of the day. Cleaning of the room wasn't perfect but still ok. A toaster would have been greatly appreciated. We were placed in a Residence room when we had booked a supreme. We were then put into a Deluxe, but couldnt get teh supreme until the next day.The Internet Connection. The staff lacks some organization and only specific times you can find someone there if you got to ask something. On the other side the people are very kind and helpful.The staff is only in the reception for a short amount of time per day. So, it is a little complicated for late check-in and early check-out. strange detail: the same key to all appartaments and front door. The building is pretty old. Also the appartments, though fully equiped, appear old because of its furnishings and design. Close to the main highlights of the city, however one has to change bus/tram to reach anywhere. 1) I thought it was closer to the Rathaus Christmas market. 2) Glass front- door to the apt/kitchen made me very uncomfortable.Fridge was not cold, difficulty with keys (key would get stuck in outside door and we could not get in but hotel staff seemed disinterested). Recption closes to early. The glass front door was scary. they have only one lady on duty when we arrived and we have waited for about 20 min for her to finish a call before we are being escorted to our rooms.... this is not good...The staff - one person - in our absence, has moved our opened luggage and placed in an apartment house to another without permission. They have touched our personal objects without permission!!!.
