the service are very good and the hotel is near to the city certre,which is very good for traveler.Central location and closeness to the railway station the trains depart to the airport. - general good quality and staff friendliness. very nice staff, perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, spacious and with a fabulous view over the park , fresh towels were provided each day and there was an excellent choice at the Buffet Breakfast . The location of the Hotel was ideal being both close to the City Airport Terminal and the centre of Vienna .It's proximity to Wien Mitte CAT terminal, and across from Stadtpark. The hotel is just near the old city and not far from the metro. Polite staff.Noise on the street caused by traffic (predominantly by trams). train noise - but we did know it was next to the station when we booked!. The double glazing still allowed a lot of noise into the room from the nearby railway line where trains ran constantly between about 5.30 am and midnight , initially getting to sleep was very difficult . I am sure that if secondary double glazing were installed ( in effect triple glazing ) this problem would not exist and the hotel would be perfect . The smell of smoke. Room was on the small side, and rather basic, with no outlook. No problem however, as I did not need or intend to spend much time in the room, The hotel was a base to explore Vienna. Older public areas and the room itself was smallish.one wired internet computer and no reception and tinny room and no air condition. It was lot of noise due to the trains. Heatings were quite high so we had to ask at reception to decrease it and they did it kindly and explained us that they have central heating system. Our bed had ants next to it. Other than that, it was nice.No fridge. My room was facing the railroad. Noisy, not so much on the weekend, but very much Monday morning (but there are rooms that don't face the railroad). No A/C, so could be problematic on hot summer days in one of the noisy rooms.It was very noisy. no aircindision. As there were no non-smoking rooms within the hotel, the room smells of smoke. the bed was not comfortable.Too close the railway, I heard the sound of the train passby all night. Single room was much to small, (shoebox size) had to put my suitcase on windowsill. Expensive considering size of room. Would stay again if given a bigger room.Noisy rooms towards the street and railroad. smell of smoke. 1. Noisy due to the road construction and the train. 2. Room is too small and no air conditioning available. Sometimes too noise in the room.

You can take the CAT ( City Airport Train ) Non-Stop or the S7 till the Train Station Wien Mitte, than you go right at the Invalidenstraße, it takes about 300m to the Hotel
By Car
Take the A23, direction to the centre, Praha, Brno.
At the A 23 take the Exit Centre – straight to the first Bridge ( 2nd traffic light) – turn left and go straight ahead till the Marxergasse ( 3rd traffic light) – go right and then straight to the Invalidenstrasse ( 2nd traffic light) – go to the left and then straight ahead, the Hotel is situated at the left side after the 2nd traffic light
By Train
From Westbahnhof you take the U 3 in direction to Simmering till the station Wien Mitte (Landstraßer Hauptstrasse). Take the Invalidenstrasse to the right and go straight ahead across the crossing with the Ungargasse to the linke Bahngasse. The Hotel is right to the left.
From Südbahnhof you go with the S-Train till the station Wien Mitte. Take the exit to the Stadtpark. At the exit turn to the right and you’ll see the Hotel.
