One of the main things I value in the hotels I stay in is cleanliness. It IS clean.
The location is great-5 min from Wien Mitte, where you can find S-bahn and as alternative CAT, which will take you to the airport, and U-bahn (metro) as well. As all shops close early in Wien, it is important that in Wien Mitte there is also SPAR pronto which works longer and moreover it works on Sundays. As for water - do not buy water in shops :) the tap water in Wien is good for drinking and is very tasty.

I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

Staff can speak English and they are very helpful and friendly. Room is
overall clean. Breakfast is suitable for Europeans (bread+butter+jam).
They can provide iron and hairdryer. Location is just excellent! Close
to tram station Rochugasse (2 mins), walking distance to many
sightseeings. Rooms are quiet and big. Sheets and towels are clean and
good.Overall a nice place to stay for good money.
I really liked the price we got. Considering the price for accomodation I think there is no capital in Europe where you can get so much value for your money. Based on the price everything was great - the location, the room, cleanness... If once again in the future I get the price that I got this time, this hotel will definately be my choice.

the location of KIBI rooms allows one to access the tourist attraction in the city by foot, bus, tram, train, you name it and they'll have a station somewhere near KIBI rooms. The staff there is pretty helpful and friendly.

We were extremely pleased with the value for the money for the Kibi. Their rooms have been recently renovated and were very nice, clean, basic rooms. It is very convenient to the metro and airport train.

It's close to Viena's main railway terminal and so a good connection to the airport and also to the city center. It had all it was written, all they had promised, no any (bad) surprise

Breakfast is small, but you can buy on the place additional rolls or whatever they sell. But I did not like the room which is meant for KIBI guests. It is on the 1st floor and looks strange like a room of some old children's theatre. Not too nice to have breakfast in it.
The shower gel is to be set in the shower cabin. Now it is over the sink.

We were given twin-bed room despite of double-bed room preference
stated in reservation. The room was facing the street, so the traffic
noise was audible but it was not a problem, we were able to sleep with
the open windows. The breakfast was humble (tea or coffee, two buns,
butter and jam), but again, with this price I was surprised there was a
breakfast at all!.

very difficult to get in hotels. I tried to call them from the street - no one answered me, and it was still morning! came by accident when one of the guests came with his magnetic key.
In the courtyard are constantly wandering strange-looking men in dirty construction clothes, I do not feel safe, when it came into the yard.
Although it's nice to have breakfast included, the location is a bit strange. Breakfast is at a bakery just down the street, but KIBI guests are asked to sit upstairs in a children's playroom, separate from the other patrons of the bakery.
if you are a smoker then there's bad news for you, to have to smoke you'll have to climb/lift down 3 floors take the nearest exit and then smoke.

The place was a bit difficult to find. The room was super-small although had a seperate bathroom. Breakfast was a laugh. Got coupons to a nearby bakery, where we got two buns, jam and butter and coffee. Not my idea for a breakfast. No parking, although 15-20minutes by foot to a nearby garage. Paid 3euros for parking up to 24hours (looks to me as a "+").
Did not like that is not very clear that thare is no body in the night at the hotel. If I did not have a mobile with roming I would have not entered in the hotel.
