The apartmant is located very close to the city centre and to the underground station. It's spacious, clean and has everything that you need for your holidays. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big and nice. I would return here. Wonderful location - 10 min by foot to Stefanplatz and metro station from there. Supermarket and several small inexpensive restaurants are nearby. Apartments are very cozy and extremely clean. Perfect balance of price and quality!.
all reviews » Clean, confortable and few kilometers from city center. I was with a baby and the apartment had everything that I need (even laundry products). The person was waiting for us to give us the key in the scheduled time. Everything in general was excellent. Nice place, clean and light appartment. We left the appartments late in the evening and the problems of our luggage was solved without a problem!. Stayed at the apartment on Ferdinandstrasse 6 together with 6 of my friends (1 extra bed). And it was great! Clean, great location, well equipped, quite big, WIFI, etc. Position was perfect,we walked everywhere! The apartment is suitable for 4 people,rooms Are large and the kitchen and livingroom Are really nice and comfortable!. The hotel was in a great location and we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We did not stay in the main hotel but a room down the street and around the corner. Hospitality of the owner, he kindly allowed us to keep our luggage for several hours while we were went sightseeing the city. Thank you!. the apartment was comfortable, clean and in a very nice building, situated on a very quiet street. the wi - fi was very good. Location is excellent close to center and transport, apartment large and comfortable friendly owner who picked us up from the rail station. Size and location. location very good. The only thing that made some discomfort was ringing the bell of the church next to the appartments that started at 6 in the morning... Nothing really. Maybe an extra bathroom, a bigger kitchen or a bigger second room would have been good, but that are just details. The room was a little run down. Stains on the carpet and desk chair. The bathroom could use an update. The bath/ shower was very slippery. The kitchen could have a bit more equipment (salad bowls, utility knives) and some curtains for privacy. Parking is a bit inconvenient. We were a father and daughter and I wanted to use the sofa bed as advertised, but there was no bedding available and no offer to rectify this aspect. (It seems we should have advised the owner in advance - so be advised). The mattress in the master bedroom is poor. Nothing. Second floor with no elevator (58 steps to climb!), which was not specified at booking. The bell of the nearby church striking every 15 minutes, from 6am to 10pm. Not easy to communicate with the management, although they were very friendly when reached. old washing machine not fresh towels. Lots of stone spiral stairs to apartment ( a warning would have been good) Tired pillows and bed linen - clean? No iron. The address was poorly described and the taxi took us to the wrong address. The apartment was poorly maintained. pots and pans dirty. stench of fish from the dishwasher. bedroom with stepladder and old washing machine. curtains hideous. at 130 euros a night they need to do a lot to upgrade this apt. I would not recommend this apt in its present condition.
