The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. The location is fab walking distance of everywhere. Breakfastswere lovely a really good selection of food. I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. I did not have to wait for either checkijng in or checking out, my room was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff at the hotel where well motivated and very pleasant and helpfull, very close (walking) to the direct aiport train link and city centre. There was not a lot of choice on the Restaurant menu for what youwere paying but there were some lovely restaurants nearby so it didnot matter. I did not breakfast at the hotel as I think 25 euros is far too expensive.I was a bit concerned that in this day of necessary higher security, the side door of the hotel..the one that lead directly to the Spa..was totally unsupervised ...possibly there were unseen cameras located in the lobby but it did feel that anyone could have come into the hotel completely unchallenged. Certainly we used it a number of times and no one at any time checked our credentials. Overheated and stuffy. Smoking in the lobby bar and other public rooms. Also, when we left from the hotel, we took taxi from hotel. We were told by hotel's doorman, that taxi will cost 30 euros to the Airport. We got idea, that hotel had some kind of deal with taxis. But however our taxi costed 40 euros. parking price too expensive. It was impossible to make the room a little less warm; we put the airco on "-3", nevertheless it was too hot. We didnt like that you could smoke in the hotel and bar as a non smoker this was where the hotel fell down.but when we arrived the rooms were no ready. we waited about 30 mints. solarium should be free. Breakfast has to be payed extra. Free of charge minibar is miserable considering the price of the hotel room (a few more bottles would cost just a few more euro). I suggest that they add swiming pool which will make it perfect hotel.The lobby too small. The price of the parking ( € 37,00 per day ), could be revised. It isthe most expensive I found in all hotels in europe . due to the factthat I went just for 1 nigth , in the week-end, I have been able to finda place in the street for free but, if it was in the working days ,would cost a lot.The room was exceptionally warm. 1)bricfast not incloded in the prices. 2)no free deliver to the airport. 3)the size of room is small.Noisy room. Should be some additional tv channels in english (not only newschannels). the noisy inner square. nothing. bathrom was small. See above. Hotel staff should be taught not to enter the room without specificpermission while the guest is in the room. It has happened to me 2times that my wife and I were not properly clothed and suddenly hotelstaff entered our room without ever giving us the least possibility ofgetting dressed.. The club facilities where below what I would expect.
