  A very nice hotel decent room cleaned daily. A pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk into the old town. Very friendly and attentive staff. My room couldn't pick up wifi, so they provided me with my own booster unit within an hour of identifying the problem. Generous and comprehensive buffet breakfast on the spacious top floor. The free bikes are also a bonus while there we used the bikes every day to see the countryside, go to the beach and visit local villages.   The hotel is very nice, located between the beach and the town. You get bikes for free so basically you can move around very easy. We had the cheapest room in the last floor and it was very big and clean. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choices.   Great pool and pool area. Would be a top spot in Summer. Organised a day trip to My Son through the hotel which was very good. Isn't in the Old Quarter but is a very easy 10 minute walk away. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the traffic from 6.30am. Wasn't an issue for us but may be if you've had a late night and need a sleep in.   The place is lovely and the location is perfect, not totally central but it is a pleasant walk away. We rented a motorbike from right outside the hotel. We had booked a twin room by mistake and decided to change our booking to a japanese room that overlooks the pool and the owner of the hotel gave us a discount on the room. The breakfast buffet was great, and the location of the hotel was in my opinion good as it is situated between the beach and the town of Hoi An.   We were upgraded and got a room with a window which was good value for money. The location was quite convienent and the bathrooms are nice. It was a hot day and we rented a bike and went to their other hotel where we could swim for free. We also booked the snorkelling trip here which was a good day. Staff also recommended us a tailor which worked ... what people say » out for us, we haven't washed our garments yet so not sure about the quality yet. - The location could not be better, as located right down to the river. Market, restaurants and old town is just across the street. Make sure to ask for one of the rooms with balcony which allows you to sit and enjoy the view over the river.   The owners/family were lovely. They cooked a big meal for all of the guests on Sunday 20 Oct 2013 which was delicious. It happened to be my birthday and they decorated our room and bought me a birthday cake which was so sweet. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The location was good but be prepared for a 10-15 minute cycle ride (you can bo... what people say » rrow good quality push bikes) or 30 minute walk into the centre of historic Hoi An or a similar journey in the other direction to the beach. We wanted - The staff is very friendly and they are helpful. We could leave our luggage and take a shower after leaving the room. The bicycles they offer are convenient to go around. The breakfast is very good and includes an English type of breakfast plus excellent fruit and tea or coffee. The air conditioning is great and we appreciated it. We didn't use the swimming pool because we stayed only a couple of days and preferred the beach but seemed ok.
