  Although it is a large guest house and that there are many many young backpackers coming and going everyday the staff at the reception is extremely kind, helpful and smiling.   We stayed previously to this hotel at their sister hotel Ving Hung Emerald Resort. After staying at their previous hotel this one was a bit of a disappointment, however was half the price so we couldn't really expect much more. For about twenty pounds a night was good value for money, nice little pool to cool off in and a good buffet breakfast. The rooms are really nice, good comfy beds, nice pool, nice hotel, great breakfast, nice staff. A real oase!! Good value for your moneyy. Close to nice shops and the river ( a must go), easy to reach by bike. Close (4km) to a real nice beach. Hoi An is a must go and to stay in ths hotel is the finishing touch. We like to rate this hotel with 10 points ouut of 1 to 10. We will definitly go back when we would be in Hoi An again.

  I really liked this hotel. We had read some reviews about walking to a sister hotel for breakfast and swimming, but seriously! Staff were hardworking, polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was varied with an egg lady to cook fresh eggs to order, there was lots of fruit and the baguette slices were above average. We arrived in Hoi An a day early and had to stay in another hotel for one night, then Sally in Hai Au came and met us with a taxi, which the Hai Au hotel paid for, and took us to the Hai Au hotel.   I stayed at An Hoi Hotel for 3 weeks. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and helpful from reception to kitchen to room service/cleaning. On occasion I was offered opportunities for spa, tours etc but it was just that- a helpful offering- never any pressure. Staying so long I got to see numerous waves of tourist come through the hotel and obser... what people say » ved staff go out of their way to accommodate every need and want of all. I, myself stuffed up and arrived at Da NAND airport without having collected - Staff couldn't be better, I am on crutches and the one of the hotel staff members drove us to the beach (for a small fee) and arranged to come back to pick us up. We also lost our bus ticket and they drove me to the ticket office for free to get us a replacement last minute. Pool is very clean breakfast menu is good and the view over the river is an excellent start to any day.

It's a teeny bit outside the old - Vaia Hotel provided us a very comfortable and clean bedroom & bathroom. Standard room that we had comes with a safe, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, hair dryer, toiletries, clean towels and bed linen, rain shower & hand-held shower, fridge and wifi internet in the room with good speed. Room no 03 does not have any view from window but the room size is more spacious than the upper floor bedroom that comes with a view. Mr Peter (hotel staff is very attentive & friendly).
