  The Romana is a beautiful resort. Being 2-3 km from the main strip it is quiet and peaceful. The pool area and gardens are spectacular. The rooms were excellent and had amazing views from the balconies. The breakfast was close to the best that we have had in 3 visits to Vietnam.   Love the layout of the resort. We book a family suite and very happy with the room. Love the pool where we mostly swim, since it was high season for jellyfish! Love the massage by the beach by therapist Trinh Phan, be sure to ask for her! I have gotten massages in some hotel in Saigon, and was not as good! The restaurant has a special, "Phan thi... what people say » et Hot pot", was so good! We happen to try it for lunch before catching our bus back to Saigon, and was so glad we did! Fresh anchovies filets were bl - The staff is always friendly and willing to help. We also loved the peacefulness of the hotel area and the cleanliness of the hotel area. The hotel is located on the beach, so you can relax on the beach, or take a dip in the pool. We chose the latter and spent most of our days at Pandanus in the pool.

  The location of the hotel is really good. It's in central Mui Nie. It's a major package tour resort. But have in mind that if you take one of cheaper rooms you will get a room on the other side of the road. They offers free bus ticket booking service and when we changed another Hotel, the front desk staff called us to make sure that we have well noted of the bus coming time. It's a little out of town but taxis only cost 2-3 dollars to get into the Muine strip. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with balconies that provide amazing views.   Everything! A really really nice spa/hotel with great staff and also great food and (sun)bathing. We stayed in one of the bungalows, and loved it! Note: When we checked letsbookhotel.com to find a nice hotel, there were many negative comments about Russians. Yes, the entire Mui Ne Resort seems to be the main destination of Russians on holiday wher... what people say » e almost every restaurant/shop even has shopsigns or menus in Russian instead of Vietnamese, etc. A bit weird. But, we had no problems with Russians w - Great place for our deserved R&R treat after biking the Mekong Delta. We rate Mui Ne much better than Nha Trang - by far. Our garden view family room was excellent. Beach is clean and as good as many beaches in the world. Highly recommend it.

  Very friendly staff from reception through to cleaning staff. Room was a good size and bright, with large tv and fridge. A plus for me was that it had tea and coffee making facilities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, which gave a nice breeze to keep you cool whilst sunbathing. Although the 'gym' was very basic, it did offer some equipment if you so d... what people say » esire. The staff were very friendly, the food was amazing, the massage packages we had were amazing (1hour massage plus 4 course dinner for $50 AUD), the beaches were lovely - mostly rocky just outside the resort, with patches of sandy beach (which my daughter loved - looking for crabs, looking in the rockpools et... what people say » c), with large sandy beaches about 2 minutes walk along the shore. The buffet breakfasts were incredible! The rooms were so lovely - huge, comfortable - The hotel is located in a quiet place in the town, away from the noisy boke market and backpackers' houses. Spa rooms are along the beach side and it was quite nice to have sound of the waves during massage.Breakfast is not bad with pretty much selection, and staff are very helpful. Thus, it's a good choice for vacation. Btw, it was my friend's bday trip. I rushed out early on her bday morning, and asked receptionist for cake as surprise for my friend...haha, can't forget her amazing face when
