The Romana is a beautiful resort. Being 2-3 km from the main strip it is quiet and peaceful. The pool area and gardens are spectacular. The rooms were excellent and had amazing views from the balconies. The breakfast was close to the best that we have had in 3 visits to Vietnam. The staff were friendly and helpful. -

Friendly staff and fantastic location. Tom at reception and Diang (sp?) at the booking office were extremely helpful as were the other staff I met. Had a bit of a run in with a security guard there but that was completely my and another guest's folly. Rooms were immaculate. Had my own balcony. -

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. We also loved the peacefulness of the hotel area and the cleanliness of the hotel area. The hotel is located on the beach, so you can relax on the beach, or take a dip in the pool. We chose the latter and spent most of our days at Pandanus in the pool.

It's a major package tour resort. But have in mind that if you take
one of cheaper rooms you will get a room on the other side of the road.
It's sort of annoying to cross the road each time you go to the

They offers free bus ticket booking service and when we changed another Hotel, the front desk staff called us to make sure that we have well noted of the bus coming time. Great place for our deserved R&R treat after biking the Mekong Delta. We rate Mui Ne much better than Nha Trang - by far. Our garden view family room was excellent. Beach is clean and as good as many beaches in the world. Highly recommend it.
