Love the layout of the resort. We book a family suite and very happy with the room. Love the pool where we mostly swim, since it was high season for jellyfish! Love the massage by the beach by therapist Trinh Phan, be sure to ask for her! I have gotten massages in some hotel in Saigon, and was not as good! The restaurant has a special, "Phan thiet Hot pot", was so good! We happen to try it for lunch before catching our bus back to Saigon, and was so glad we did! Fresh anchovies filets were bl.
all reviews » The staff is always friendly and willing to help. We also loved the peacefulness of the hotel area and the cleanliness of the hotel area. The hotel is located on the beach, so you can relax on the beach, or take a dip in the pool. We chose the latter and spent most of our days at Pandanus in the pool. We found it very comfortable and quiet eg no lawn mowers or leaf blowers. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked it how we could book tours, exchange money and reconfirm flights at reception. This was a great service to us. We also enjoyed the massages and cocktails. This is a well laid out hotel with excellent management. Very nice pool and direct access to the beach. Large grounds which are well tended. Breakfast was excellent. Only ate once in the evening. That was ok but pricey. Great to spend some down time with the family after a gruelling 7 hours car journey from Saigon. The family suites were excellent for the kids and our nanny who travelled with us. All in all, we were not disappointed. The resort was quite nice and huge, nice swimming pool, cafeteria, the staff were friendly and heart-warming. Very good place to spend a day and doing nothing. The room and tiolet was clean but a few mosquito so luckily there was a bed net to cover while sleeping. Wish the tiolet was bigger in size and had a bathtub since the room had so much space. Good building clean good breakfast private good facilities multi national . distance to city centre, lack of halal or vegetarian food (there's only one halal restaurant in Mui Ne town). Our children who are older found that there wasnt alot for them to do other than swimming. There could have been more promotion of the games room. There could also be up to date games that older teenagers enjoy playing.it would be a great way for older teenagers to meet each other. The reception area is a bit souless. Needs a little more lighting in the evening to make it more welcoming. The journey to the resort. The location is a little bit far away from the Mui Ne market and everything. You need to take a taxi everywhere. The Welcome drink shouldn't be conditional on having dinner, we already have our dinner. Strong smell of mildew in room 311. We should have stayed in a lower-class hotel nearer MuiNe; not the hotel's fault - but it was geared to older families... Some staff problems but manager corrected every situation very quickly. Language problem is there but the staff make it worse by not getting involved relaxing and talking and smiling the building fixtures need routine preventative maintance done like air con and noisy shower doors.all those facilties and you tell no one.
