Very convenient for the airport. Does just what is needed for a transit hotel. It's clean and comfortable. Have rated it highly for location because of the airport. It is not in a good position for other purposes!. My children and I really enjoy the swimming pool, room service and the comfort and beauty of the hotel. My granddaughter said this is nice place and I agree with her.

Very nice facility; check-in girl was very helpful with information about parking there abouts; convient to Newark Liberty Airport. Very clean rooms, generous size. The hotel said it was taking the money at booking (last October) and my conformation said as much. I did not notice that they had not, so was embarrassed on checkout. The matter was badly handled by the hotel who blamed letsbookhotel.com for the hotel's error. I have checked and it is the hotel's responsibility to take the money not the booking company. This spoiled an otherwise good stay. The WiFi is VERY expensive!!!. To pay pittycash for wifi is a no no. Parking should be free as well. Back parking lot could have better lighting; is there surveillance there for safety? I didn't notice any. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. All other shuttles would arrive sometimes twice before ours ever arrived. Nowhere to walk to so limited to hotel dining. shower had was broken. Restaurant and breakfast so and so. paying for parking as a guest of the hotel. When the elevator doors open on the 12th floor, I was hit with a wave of heat, aweful heat (and I was staying there during the hottest week) Walking to my room, I could barely breath because of the stuffiness. My room was big and roomy but incredibly hot. I found out, after being there for two days, that the AC in my room wasn't working properly. They amends by moving me to another room where I stayed for the remainer of my time. Breakfast was awful. The food was very cold. Ordered replacement eggs , easy over, and they arrived with runny whites on the top and they took 30 mins to be delivered. hotel seems to be dated. The aircon was not working & very little choice of food for breakfast. Also, only 2 people are free which included my 8 yr old child.
