Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.   When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

Very comfy beds. No facilities, other than the attractive roof terrace, but no problem as excellent diner across road and close to P J Clarkes. Grea - Right at Lexington and 55th, which is a perfect location. Clean rooms, safe, good airco. Comfortable bed, yet a bit small for two persons. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place if you need a place to sleep. No more , no less. There's no hanging out in the lobby and meet up with some people, because there is no lobby/bar. The entrance has a counter and the elevator up.
