Being so close to all amenities, and the cleanliness of the room, Excellent service at the desk also, the gentlemen were really helpful at all times. Clean hotel. Free newspaper at your room each morning. 24hr desk. Good service. Very close to subway and easy to get around NYC. If you want some place to just sleep while experiencing the NYC area, this place works for that. . people were friendly. Clean enough. Fairly inexpensive..next metro. No name outside the front door.It would be helpful to have wireless access outside of the lobby. Old bathroom. Room was quite warm even with the heater off.It definitely does not look like the pictures on the internet. no place to hang things in the room. Several knobs in the 5th floor bathroom came off. It was noisy at times during the night.ancient bedroom. Bed bugs in room, we were itshy for days!!!!
