It was close to a dinner, drug store, and market which were open 24 hours a day. it was comfortable and my amenities. Even though it was far away from most tourist attractions the subway made everthing very accessible as there is a station right beside the hotel. The water from the shower did not drain out of the bath on the first night but mentioned it down at reception and somebody came straight away to fix it. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

Cable did not have CNN, MSNBC, discovery, or other cable networks that are standard for today. My wife and I were stuck a few evenings before bedtime watching local news programs, which being from out of town, is not entertaining to say the least. TV cable was very substandard and a draw back. The elevators to the right of the lobby were slow... seemed to need replacing. The ones to the right of the lobby were much better and we were happy we realized that!. small room. the pillows were terrible.Yes, better internet access from my room. the elevator. Rooms not as renovated as indicated in the photos. not having a meal service really takes away from the experience. a dvd player would also enhance my next stay.Elevators are very small and difficult for wheelchair access. I mentioned the coffee, but it's a minor detail. I liked the hotel.The bed was too small and badly saged in the middle. We could not sleep at al the first night. As mentioned above the fresh air in the rooms. no parking space and the rate at the nearest parking was expensive. hotel too far from midtown. Renovations, bags in lobby, price. Smoke smell in a non-smoking room.. Air conditioning was noisy. The elervator was not working well and it was scary because after we used one it was put out of order. The pillows are to large. We were told we would have free parking and it cost us $96 for two days. Windows were drafty and heating is very noisey.The room was extremely small and heater was making noise the whole night. I reported it to the reception but they didn't do anything about it. They should do something to room's decoration. If they place a bit smaller bed and a much smaller cupboard and television, then there is enough space available. Lobby and corridors rather small and narrow. Room ok for the price. The toilet got blocked twice during our stay with a resulting major water leak to the room downstairs. The hotel did not manage this situation very satisfactorily. For example, nothing done about a soaked carpet.the hotel looked like under reconstruction and bit messy and the heating in the room was noisy. problem with water and very noisy air -con. The elevators are scary and small. One ice machine for 12 floors and about 30+ rooms per floor. Very hot - over heated. The bed cover had cigarette burns in it.the presence of ticks in the bed two mornings in a row was a drawback. the high speed internet that the hotel advertised was dial-up and as a business traveller could not operate and had no choice but to leave hotel after losing my entire day looking for another one that could prove they had high speed internet.The lobby and the elevators. My room was to little, and we supposed to have a little refrigirator inthe room and we do not have it.
