The toilet in our room did not flush, mentioned twice to reception, not resolved. making money seemed more important than providing a good quality of experience for the client - as though we were paying merely for a product and not for a service. Also, the doubling of prices for New Years Eve was not reflected in extra attention to ensuring a good stay for the customer - poor value for money.The room.
