the staff was very friendly and helpful. hotel staff. Excellent location in Tribeca, with 2 metro stations litterally at the door. Nice decoration of the rooms. Very well situated between Tribeca and the Financial District. Free wifi. Extra room make up in the evening makes you feel like home. Very high ceilings and windows gives you a spacious feeling. Very large selection of tv channels with free movie-on-demand. Great Hotel, good location, very modern, comfortable. Neighbourhood excellent. The bed King Size is a must. And strangely enough you do not hear a sound from outside but... Nice staff, nice rooms, good location.Very nice new and clean rooms. Small dimension. Hotel was clean and well presented. Breakfast good although pricey. Beds very comfy. Staff generally pleasant. Location good for downtown areas only. The shower.The only problem was that although my reservation was for a king bed they gave me a queen bed. Water pressure in hotel was poor, shower a tricle, staff couldn't resolve. ... but you practically hear what is going on in the next room, especially when the noisy room service is at work. Very poor inside isolation. Still fun but older people won't like it at all. Noise from the street. Quite noisy especially on the Street side, they tried to charge me with a breakfast I did not have, staff a bit unfriendly. Too much noise from the street.It was very noisy (traffic) and room was opposite the lift so some internal noise as well. We were not charged the agreed booking price despite pointing this out twice. Air condtioning very noisy/ineffective so forced to open windows at night hence increased noise.
