use internet was great. other than that,it was just somewhere tosleepp. I had cable. The bed was nice and comfy. And it was very clean!. It was close enough to times square. The convenient location and adjoining family room suite allowed my daughters and myself to stay economically in NY.central location to our destinations. Bedrooms and breakfast excellent.

They were very fast and happy to accomodate us. The location is excellent for exploring New York.Staff were friendly and attentive! Good location. location was OK.the bathroom shower curtain had a mildewy smell but otherwise a very clean room. Room sizes were small.The rooms a bit too tide, very noisy heating system. The rooms were quite narrow, especially the bathroom.The remote for the TV did not work. The two lights above the bed did not work. The bath tub was slippery. My boys almost feel several times. Other than these things. Everything was good. Thank you. Maybe the slow elevator. The room took a long time to heat up.use of plastic cutlery and paper plates and paper cups at breakfast time. Proper dishes and cutlery would be nice for breakfast.Heating in the room was inadequate! Toilet became blocked twice during our stay. The breakfast was sub-standard and the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery was unforgivable!. there was no DO NOT DISTURB sign provided so housekeeping kept knocking on our door all morning. The bathroom had a bad oder, it was clean but didn't have that sanitary smell and the bathtub drain hasn't been maintained because the water rose to almost my ankles while I was showering. The door slamming from the hallway can be heard in our room so we didn't get good sleep. The carpet floor was dirty.
