We stayed here after a coast trip for business it was fabulous. Great lication right in the marina, excellent staff and service. My son enjoyed the balcony and breezeway dining, simply beautiful and centrally located to all attractions LA and Malibu. Will stay here again. Incredible hospitality and everything is thought for your comfort in advance like free fruit waters for refreshment around the lobby and the pool; water, towel and apple waiting at the front door for morning joggers; room service with great flexibility, so in so forth...
all reviews » 10 minutes walk from Venice Beach. This hotel has everything you need. We only stayed one night , but next time we will stay longer. Very good!. Friendly helpful staff, our room wasn't ready at the time we arrived.. they gave us a temporary room and lunch voucher in the lounge.. Beautiful view from the room and the terrace of the dining room. Very friendly staff except for the waiters at breakfast !!. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The rooms were kept very clean. Extra water bottles every day! Great!. The pool, amenities, and sports area. The customer service was good with the exception of the last day. top room, very comfy bed all facilities supplied, most staff very polite and welcoming. the beds and the view were fantastic! the staff was very acommodating and pleasant. Service, room size, pool area, outside seating area around the bar, bathrobes,. Clean, comfortable, very well located, overall a very pleasant and nice hotel. Food was great but too nice and expensive for everyday. The last day of customer service. desk phone and lamp not working, had to get out of bed to turn off bedside lamp. Head valet parking guy a bit snooty. It was quite pricy. Having to pay for wi-fi in the room. Beds a bit small for 2. It's a bit isolated - there's not much around it. You definitely need a car to get around. More attention to cleaning detail. Patio was not clean from night before on floor. Tables left with dirty dishes and no one noticed when serving us. Not an issue but wanted to let you know. It's always about details. nothing. The bar staff wasn't that friendly nor accommodating. This was surprising because everyone else was so nice. Having to wait for a sunbed around the pool area on 4th July, we & lots of other people were put onto a waiting list until a bed was available. Cost of food and drinks was excessive. The restaurant is closed for renovations. The price to park overnight . Housekeeping and in room dining need improvemnt. Car parking fee 40$, it's too much Internet not free of charge!! Very surprised No coffee it tea inside the room Path room not equipped with necessary staff Breakfast not included !!!! Overall, it's does not worth the value I paid in the room. Resturant Shop.
