We were very happy with the price and location for our stay in Vegas. Access to Fremont Street was excellent and within walking distance of all of Fremont Street!. this casino in the old days prior was classic and now offer services for the classic vacationer. from help in check in to hospitality. The room was outstanding. Very good deal and great location if you like staying at Fremont street.

I liked the rooms and the staff overall... The room was large. The hot water comes out quickly. The rooms are new and clean. Good value for money. The location. room was remodeled and ok for the money casino and hotel, elevators, parking garage, and staff were not adequate and in several cases plain dirty, ten day stay was more than enough to evaluate. just the casino. 1) Early check-in fee when we were only 1 1/2 hours early. 2) No extras in the room: no coffee maker, no refridgerator, no microwave. Check it took a very long time. The agent at the counter could not find my reservation. Also I think the "resort fee" should only be at hotels that are high end, which I think the plaza does not qualify as. Waiting for the elevator for10 min when checking out. The wait to check in because they didn't have my reservation. Could be cleaner. Limited valet. They only were aloud to valet 10 cars....WTH!!! And the Casino was kinda sad. I didn't like the fact that after I booked online for 50 / room that when I got to the plaza I needed another room, & the cost of the rooms were $25/ room.. ??!!! They would not reimburse me for the other 2 rooms I booked at $50. I took the time to book ahead of time, & all it did was cost me double the cost of rooms!! I wouldn't recommend this site for anyone.. There was no luggage stand in the room so we had to use the bed as a place to keep the suitcase. When waiting for the parking elevators there was no protection from the cold air. It would be nice to have had a door. The counter for the sink is too high. Bathroom in our room was extremely small and freezing cold. Heating in the room was outdated and so loud we had to turn it off just to be able to sleep. They did not know how to look up letsbookhotel.com purchases. It took them 20 mins to just check us in because they had to go to another computer to check us in. The staff was slow and rude. The casino was dirty. Staff didn't know where the box office was, got the run around. Poor service. over all rating poor. when we arrived they told us that letsbookhotel.com didn't said that we were 4 adults, but we printout our reservation, the price is to espensive for that creapy hotel.
