The hotel is clean and inviting. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Staff are very friendly. Late check out was not a problem. The three bedroom apt is gorgeous, extremely spacious and excellent value. The Hilton Hotel is across the road if you wish to use a bar. Go to Dibba for the beaches. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. THey have a lovely cafe too. Superb spacious room and fully non-alcoholic family environment with excellent staff and great breakfast. room service is quick and responsive. food is good. Atleast far far better than Fortune royal hotel or any other 4star hotels.. go and enjoy..
all reviews » Very reasonable price; Being apartments the units offer considerably more space than just hotel rooms; Fully kitted kitchen with cutlery, crockery and a sizable fridge - helped to alleviate the restaurant's shortcomings. We enjoyed our stay. It was a very big 3 Bed Room appartments with too many toilets. We were a big group. However absolutely there was no issue. I Realy like the living room its so big and I have stayed in more than 90% of the hotels and apartments in Fujairah but this is the biggest. Very large room with excellent kitchen facilities all good quality, much higher standard than expected. Large rooms and clean toilets. The receptionist his name was nabeel was very helpful and polite. We spent the night very impressive and our stay was magnificence. my family like this hotel. Excellent value for money!!! Clean, huge, beautiful apartments, friendly staff. Big and spacious rooms for a family so that we were not in each other's way. Nice hotel with spacious apartment. There never seemed to be any guests in the restaurant and I am not surprised. All the wall to wall carpets! Tiles would have been more practical!. Only two reciptionists. Free internet inroom would have been a welcome plus. The location was not right for us as we wanted a sandy beach and snorkeling. This was about an hour away. No wifi connection in the room. Check-out is rather slow. none. free wifi is only available on lobbies, only paid internet is available inside rooms, and not wireless. Little Expensive No Free Internet in Room. Nothing. الاثاث يحتاج الى تجديد. the kitchen was poorly stocked, no pans for cooking. location was not good for family leasure. the food we ordered was a bet oily but it test good. they were not ready, one of the apparments was not ready, we had to wait one hour more for the check in, and when check out they were not ready for the load, nobody came to take our laggage. No comment.. none. One staff at the reception which make all customers process very slow. I requested for an apartment and they gave me a studio. At midnight I had been transferred to the apartment. Lack of staff to serve clients. The reception need to be improved,. Room air condition system very bad, not cooling. swimming pool, sauna, steam very smaller. Navigation took us to diffirent location check in delayed for one hour Spa facility and staff need improvement. Two rooms are small. Not sufficient bathroom. room looks old. The view from the windows and the prices. Wifi doesn't work at room. Old, smelly room. Noise from outside. View of rubbish outside from room. Manager un friendly and not accomodating, pay for internet services,. Checkout was a nightmare, waiting 20 minutes while housekeeping went to check if everything was still there and if minibar was not emptied!!!!! Breakfast was below average. Booked on the pay when you stay basis (paid extra) but credit card was debited already before we arrived. Not flexible with the checkout timing even if you gave them in advance note, that's u r requested a late check out ...thy will still argue even for 30 min !! When the time comes to checkout. . after all as a locals family's ...I don't recommend this hotel. The service, the quality of food, the dull amosphere of the hotel and room. The booking was for a studio room but when we arrive , they gave us poor room which was not marching with the booking.
