Idam at the front desk took very good care of us. Abdulrahman, the night manager is extremely professional and helpful. Staff was amazing! Hotel is in great location 5 minutes from City Center and Cornish/Beach. Regular room (not premium) is better for family as the layout is roomier and two beds instead of one. Service and friendliness from front desk staff was great. They considered our needs and we're very helpful in trying to find solutions to keep us comfortable and happy. Special recognition to Abdul Rahman Bhnas and Idam from front desk. They were excellent and treated customers with great care!.
all reviews » The staff were extremely professional and courteous. The hotel was spotless and the room service was prompt and efficient. Good breakfast menu. Good clean swimming pool and gym. Rooms are adequately spaced with good natural lighting and ventilation. A perfect location for a small family of 3. The hotel is very clean and spacious enough to move around, good furniture and steam room is fabulous. I cant forget hotel staff they are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is 10/10 rating and I will recommend it for anyone planning to visit mountains city of Fujairah. Room size, furniture, colors, bed size. Food is good, balcony. Near to the market, there are two good Restorant nearby, one on the posit which is QAISAR and the other one is on the same road just posit Etisalat which is ALMISWAR. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were welcoming. The hotel room was lovely, had kitchenette with microwave, small stove and large fridge. Also cups/plates and cutlery. Overall a great hotel. I liked the location and the size of the room. Even the room was modern and clean. The bathroom was brand new and clean as well. All facilities were available and the car parking were sufficient. I like everything,, they are friendly and they did their best in order to make me and my family more hoppy and satisfied,, big different between Noor Arjan and Oceanic Khorfakkan Hotel. we loved our stay in general the size of the unit, the breakfast and the late checkout and mostly the a receptniest named Hakim. The swimming pool is small and was always full of kids, room service doesn't respond at all. We stayed over the Islamic New Year period which meant the hotel was busy and noisy. Had lots of people local to the region staying and there was plenty of slamming of doors and noise in the corridors. Also be careful with the valet parking as our car was scratched terribly on the front and when pointed this out to the concierge he was not in the least bit concerned which makes me think this is something that happens often. Nothing. The size of the swimming pool, it's so small that you don't consider it a swimming pool. Nothing. Alcohol in rooms! I hope they stop providing alcohol in the hotel. No free internet. A female Emitati receptionist was rude to us. She forced us to pay for the mini-bar but we didn't drink anything. Pool was small. Room was small. Every thing was okay except the water drainer in the bathroom was cloged and water wasnt sunning properly. Corridors carpets are dearty. no free internet. small pool expensive fridge items. Booking with letsbookhotel.com was not accurate so I had to go into argument with the hotel staff who accepted to amend the booking rate to be according the email confirmation I received from letsbookhotel.com to include one child which was excluded in the notification they (Arjan) got (as stated by Arjan team). nothing. everything was good. small swimming pool but yet perfect for kids. inside/inhouse telephone directory, must be more clear and simple. There was no driver to take the car at night. We had to park the car and walk from the parking building and there wasn't gate in the back. Cheap shampoo/conditioner/shower gel used. no parking or vallet parking service. parking is far. Quality of food is poor. The view around the hotel, the service for car parking. Nothing.We had a really nice stay. Breakfast is overpriced. swimming pool is small but good for kids. Car parking by yourself. Cigarette smoke in the lobby (it seems you can smoke in the ground floor coffee shop), it's nice having a kitchenette but it would be better if there were a couple of pots - ie it's quite tricky to even boil an egg. No valet parking service and very limited boring tv channels. They blocked the money from the Visa before the mentioned date and when they charge us they charge the full amount in addition to the blocked value. This is not reasonable at all. No bath. The pool is way too small, and sunny only in the morning. Smoke smell from the A/C.
