We liked the suite having separate rooms so we could both enjoy our own space and likes, for example one likes to stay up late and get up late watching tv, the other likes to go to sleep early and get up early to have coffee and read. The hotel was convenient for what we wanted to do in the nearby areas. The staff was good, the food for room service was very tasty and good value. Hospitality. I had a Booking for 2 Classic Double Bed Rooms but instead I was provided with one Classic Double Bed Room & one Deluxe Double Bed Room at no extra cost. The Breakfast was very good.

If you think of it as so, then it is a very good 4-star hotel, and the price is good. The rooms are very clean and the price is rather attractive. The restaurant changed the menu! It looks better than before!. the location was very good. the facilites offered in the premises were excellent. the staff were courteous and helpful. The swimming pool area is not really attracting or not inviting to stay in the hotel during the day. the breakfast could have been more elaborate and could have had more variety. but then we went for breakfast quite towards closing time and maybe the food was exhausted. Room close to ascenseurs are little bit noisy. Service is little bit slow. Check-out took more than average time. Little bit smelly at the entrance. Location and slow check out. It looks like the hotel is a bit old. Temperature in the room was freezing. Broken shower head, poor wifi. Smoking in the restaurants. certainly the Al Diwan restaurant menu and its quality should be improved. Smoking in the lobby. - facilities like bowling being charged like outsider - pool not very clean and slippery outside - basketball and tennis courts need maintenance. Front Office staff were never existing on the front desk u have to wait till someone notified that you are waiting. No valet parking available. Parking slots are not wisely designed. The room was not clean well, the towels in restroom are very old. There's bad smell of cigarettes at the entrance of the hotel. Price during Eid. Bathroom was not clean enough and there was a bed smell. The staff inside it was very old. Does not correspond to 5 stars The room was dusted and smelled, outdated. Massage room did not have relaxing environment. Room smell bad from carpet and blanks Even bathroom smell awful. It dosn't seem to be 5 stars. Very old, very small bathroom, really poor choice at breakfast. I don't understand that this hotel has 5 stars. I would give it only 2 stars.
