Cheap hotel, and its a good base to stay when going to Fujairah for scuba diving etc. Many of the other hotels during UAE holidays are massively over priced. Its near to local beach and is clean and tidy. Freddys bar is not bad either, beer is not expensive and the grilled skewers were really great. They were only 35aed for the same thing the Hilton in Dubai charges 160aed !. The overall cosiness of the place. Even though the hotel is a place for many night clubs, my family was not disturb with noises. This hotel have lots of potential, they even have kids room and massage. Fujairah is beautiful and the stay was an icing to the cake.
all reviews » Value for money if you find a good deal, I got my room for 205 AED (All inclusive), Hotel is in Fujairah City. Small Kids pool on roof top. Everything in city is at short drive distance. Rooms are quite big and clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent Hotel very close to city corneich and facing masjed all around the hotel, city markets, resturants and cafe .Hotel front desk are very freindly and helpfull.I would love to live in this hotel on my next visit. This is what you call best value for money! Simple but clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good service , night life options. I would definitely stay again and reconend to others!. I liked the sea view of the rooms, the quality of the beds, the connecting rooms availability, the cooperation of the staff, the smile at the front of the house and the perfect A/C. staff is so help full that was our first visit in this hotel but the way they treat us we will stay again in this hotel we enjoy lot during the stay . Fortune is the best hotel in Fujairah for business and corporates."Value for money".Good breakfast,very near to all Govt Offices ,decent staff etc.. Everytime i go to Fujairah, I stay at this hotel. I loved the way new sports cafe have been added here. I love the sea view rooms... The rooms have a very good sea view! I liked the Freddy`s Restaurant, good crowd during EPL matches! Good play room for kids.. The staff were friendly, free WIFI & its a stone throw away to everywhere (beach, malls museum). Easy on the budget. i like the staff customer services they are professional and the rooms . thank you an d see you in future. Great place for an overnight stay and very convenient for the Harbour Club. Excellent value for money. Staff behaviour is excellent and humble I would like to stay again if Ihave tour again in fujaira. I like the location, near to where we want to be. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I booked online so that then became 42 each after taxes. I only had cereal, and I would not pay for breakfast there again. My first hotel stay in uae that I was charged for an extra bed because I have 1 additional adult family member. I did not encounter such issue with my other hotel stay experiences. Kids play area was a bit disappointing - It was a small room, not well lit with little IKEA tables/chairs. no comments .. The kids play room very dark. Need a brighter lights. Smell of cigaretes in the passage. Fridge in the room wasnt cooling at all ( same for my other 6 friends ). Parking was sort of a worry due to shortage of baved parking spots and the only ones available are at the back of the hotel, yet there is no back entrance to the hotel for guests and when it is hot and humid out side it is not fun to walk all the way with the kids and the luggage all the way to the front entrance. The Shower Water flow/pressure was little bit weak. Some noise from the hotel's bar reaches our room. Though it wasn't much but if you're ears are sensitive this might annoy you. Elevators/lifts are slow. Sometimes only one is working. Sometimes there is noise from disco that's reaches to the rooms. they need to get the windows cleaned there is no point having a sea view you cant see. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. Shower water pressure very low. We ordered food from room service, service good but food is very sub standard for the price. Eg. Nachos is small pack of Doritos on a plate. I expect better from restaurant. Nothing. The pool, but that was still not so bad. There's no such thing that you don't like. Walls on the rooftop to see out from the pool area. And the band at the Ratzky's was tops. Thanks, Mr. X. the size of the swimming pool is very small, the location isn't good. Food service was very slow. Coffee or tea was not readily available in the rooms. Some toiletries were not available. 1. Internet got disconnected sometimes 2. Toilet lavatory faucet was clogged, there was no enough water flow 3. heater was not "on" for the shower. - The price of food is too much expencve. A/C not good either hot or very cool at night and even can not switch it off. Bed mattress not comfortable, clock without batteries, no Kittle in studio, the sea in front is only port not beach. only suggestion: should have coffee/tea with kettle in room readily available. The spa for men needs more privacy , isolation and new beds they had old beds no relaxing music or atmosphere. Perhaps on the weekend it will get busy/noisy because the place is hotel of like 5 night clubs. Staff weren't very knowledgable of the area. parking area back side. No access to the beach. I personally prefer firm pillows. Smell of Shisha tobacco coming from first floor. The showers desperately need more water pressure. I've stayed with this hotel numerous times and only complain I have is low water pressure in showers hence th low rating for facilities. Please fix. We go fishing in Fujairah and is so frustrating to have barely enough pressure to take a good shower after day of fishing. It took them more than 20 minutes to get the room ready, although we reach at 3 pm and we had confirmed our reservation. it really makes a big difference when someone is coming from a far place to go directly to the room and get some rest. put some heater for coffee or tea...then you can charge it to your customer. sometimes, good to have coffee in a room with instant preparation rather than calling the reception and takes almost an hour to give a service. Asked for a double/queen bed. Was given two small beds pushed together. The crack in the middle was rather uncomfortable. The beach is not as close to the hotel as I would have liked. Clubs noise.
