I just LOVE the place, very friendly an professional staff, nice location, fantastic swimming pool and bar-restaurant, very confortable appartment, well equiped, FREE wifi available everywhere (appartment, lobby, pool) is a HUGE plus, thinking of the hassle you have to go through to obtain for free in other hotels or how much you have to pay for Internet which is ridiculous since it is now part of our lives. Supermarket, restaurants, beauty parlor just downstairs. I will certainly stay there aga.
all reviews » I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes. The Appartments, Dubai World Centre is a nice hotel with reasonable facilities for a family purpose. The appartment that I stayed was a 2 bed room appartment with a very reasonable price & nicely located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Trust me if you are here to enjoy yourself and you will mostly out enjoying the city then this the best for you. i liked you selection for the nearest location for me to stay there, specially i went to BIG 5 exhibition & found my room was the nearest staying location. thanks for the selection. this was my second wonderful experience in Dubai, By the help of letsbookhotel.com. Special thanks & Best Regards Sultan. I arrived very early, and the staff worked hard to get me into my room as quickly as possible. I needed help with info on locating an embassy, and they went above and beyond getting me the information I needed. I was very impressed with their service and attitude. First hotel have really good location almost in middle of the city and close to metro. Clean room, windows have good soundproof, big pool and separate pool for kids. There is a lot of cafes and supermarkets in and around hotel. Good for business trip or city trip. If you are attending an event at the Trade Center, this is the place to stay. All the comforts off home with a grocery and spa facilities just steps away. The apartments are also well equipped for entertaining guests or conducting a business meeting. Friendly and courteous staff. Our apartment was in block A which I believe was renovated recently. Spacious floor area, excellent location close to Metro. Really enjoyed our stay. Shall definitely return and also recommend to others!. We had to wait for our room to get ready, but staff were flexible and helpful with extra beds with no charges and late checkout. Location is excellent at the centre of Dubai trade area. Free parking if you drive. Metro is next door. Excellent location for trade centre access. The reception has to place a call order and sometimes you have to wait a while. . The hotel looks like an old building compared to the fancy towers nearby. The A.C was a bit noisy in my appartment. Window is tiny, not enough light in room. I was in block A and pool in block D , so need go outcide and walk around 5 min to pool, but metro was 1 min away. Not enough soundproof between the rooms, bad smell in bathroom from pipes. When I check out they not help me with bags and not offer to take taxi for me and there is no taxi next to hotel, so I have to walk with bags to another side of the road. Thats kind of treatment spoiled all good impression about hotel. Nothing worth mentioning!. Having to wait for our room. Some stains in the room and not excellently clean for the amount of money paid. Probably a bit pricey for the quality of hotel. However it's clean, the staff were helpful and a good location. Check in takes 15 minutes. Otherwise everything was excellent. Fixtures and furniture could use a facelift. Confusion with check in ( print out your booking). Friends room late to get ready and then was not the room they told us and we woke up a stranger. Not enough dishes in kitchen. nothing. Nothing. -I booked an apartment but when checked in , the receptionist gave me a small room and he was very rude and unprofessional and I had to complain to the manger to get the room I booked. -The staff don't speak Arabic. Little bit noisy from the road traffic of Shk Zayed RD. Room Service was not good. took 2 days for my room to be cleaned. asked them to come back but they didn't. also, final cost for hotel was very different to the amount when i booked. even adding on city tax and service charge. There are no real "no smoking " rooms. You can still "smell" the smoke in some of the room we got. The staff are not friendly they dont smile, they called me 8:00. Am to remind me that check out is 12 pm, ac was not working propoerly in the master bedroom. internet was not working no room service after 10:30. Smell of cigarets mostly in cridors and some in room. its not budget friendly. only one tv in living room, no tv in bedroo. Nothing. letsbookhotel.com did not show the exact facilities for each category of the apartments , i.e. I was expecting to find a small kitchen with a washing machine as the website showed, which I did not find in real , while "Dubai T.C. Hotel Apartments" were clear in their brochure as they explained to me on arrival. does not have breakfast. water is not hot enough for a shower. service. None. I don't like the smell comes from other rooms while cooking. We stayed two nights. No refilling of things used like tea bags, water bottles.. nothing. No good restaurants available in the facility itself. N/a. Walking to all facilities. had difficulty with door key card. everyday had to be reactivated.
