We took room with two double beds, great size room with comfortable large beds and superb city views. Excellent facilities including relaxing pool side, fitness gym and spa. Hotel does not have a night club which is great, no noise polution and the rif raf stay away leaving clean family environment. Staff were extremely friendly and service orientated. I loved their personalized touch as a Birthday cake awaited us in the room. Loved the location and convienience of being able to access all majo.

This was my second stsy at ghe Conrad Dubai. I spent 4 nights there last week. It was very busy because of the Dubai Air Show. The prices were also higher. It was also the timd of the beautiful grand opening gala. The Conrad is my favorite hotel in Dubai. Very personalized service, nice, friendly, competent staff. The business center very helpful. Clean, stylish and beautiful. Buzzing with club life but only if you want to participate. Great design, great hotel. Everything was perfect. Hospitality everywhere and all , the time. The location is perfect nearby to Dubai mall.so I would. We stayed at the skyline room on the 39th floor. The view from the room on Zayed Road was spectacular and breath-taking, especially at night and sunrise. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The metro station was right on front of the hotel. The service was very very good the staff's were extra friendly they provide 7star service at 5star price it's a brand new hotel hope they keep up their good service,Mr jai arranged south Indian breakfast for my family it was a nice touch. We stayed for four days, so breakfast was routine, and the same menu was repetitive. The spa was not open yet when I was staying. Just room without wifi. Nothing was wrong:). Phone system was down most of our stay. Problems with billing and charges because of this. No hot water in the shower however bath water was fine thank goodness. Brand- new Hotel. Nothing NOT to Like!!. Wi-Fi service in room costs 100 uae Dirhams per day nevertheless, is terribly slow almost useless. The sliding doors to the bathroom require a lot of strength to close. Personally, I hate valet parking, and insist on self park, which caused a lot of argument with the security each time I parked, it really messed up my mood each n every time I returned to the hotel. I dont know whos mistake it is, but niether my drivers license or labor card were good enough for an id, if u are an uae resident u need ur emirates id or passport. Despite all this, I recommend this hotel. Internet must be free in a classy hotel like this one. The spa was not open. reservation desk staff's was not professional for a 5 star hotel. they need to train more. Awful yet terribly expensive internet connection. Concierge, lobby area staff unorganized, do not know what to do. Poor breakfast. The cleaning was immaculate but forgotten once, this was however taken care off immediately upon asking. Two things I didn't like. 1- cleaning room was too bad , they used to leave garbage full. Keep the same towels. Not cleaning the kitchen etc. 2- I and family was taking a suifor 5 days , at the time of check out the maximum late check out allowed by the manager was 1 pm though it was end of weekend. In other hotels in Dubai we used to get late checkout up to 3 and 4 sometimes. Nothing. Some Floors do smell from the new furniture or perhaps the carpet . Could be overwhelming for those who have super smelling sense. But that should not be a problem after a while. Massage services done by males they are profficinal but I think ladies better. لا شي. Paying for Wifi, the food was no where near what I expected to be and this is for both breakfast as well as room services my booking included BF I only went once I also ordered room service and it wasn't nice at all. I forgot a little device in my room (Quran player) and I was hoping someone from the hotel would call me back but I've yet to get a call. The internet in the room is not free the hotel charge aed 100 per 24 hour. Also in the public ares to connect to the free wifi you need to ask for pass code every time you need to. Nothing. nothing. Elevator too crowded Hotel entrance and exit is not convenient and too crowded takes long time to reach the main road. No free wifi unlike other 5 star hotels. it is a bit annoying when you enter/exit the hotel. Elevators are not properly programmed, too long waiting for them every time. Check-in and out are slow. Nothing. All of the hotel is a smoke free facility as the hotel staff declared, but our room had a strong smell of cigarette, but the hotel did gave us an upgrade .. It is mainly a business Hotel, not meant for couple relaxing. Only two thing the breakfast as the same every day need to change and the price really too high. some time the WC has bad oder. No thing.
