  An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak much English. Highly recommended. - this hotel was great!!!! the room was nice and clean and the facilities were great. Spending the morning in the patio area having breakfast and coffee was great. The staff was tremendous since I am an english speaker and helped me with tips of Odessa. Everything you need is in walking distance and will stay again the next time I visit Odessa.

  The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff. The hot water did not work, and the front desk had a repairman there in under ten minutes. A mark of an excellent hotel. He had it fixed in another ... what people say » ten minutes.
