The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff. The hot water did not work, and the front desk had a repairman there in under ten minutes. A mark of an excellent hotel. He had it fixed in another ten minutes. The takeaway is not that the hot water at first did not work, but that the staff got it fixed quickly. The mark of a well trained staff.

Turned out to be a positive as it was very quiet which makes for great sleep. When order taxi from reception prepare to pay 2-3 times normal city cab charge. To avoid this, google a standard city cab service company name & phone number and ask reception to call the specific service. Restaurant in the inner yard, sometimes too noisy in a room due to it. Food looks a bit overpriced in a restaurant compairing to the city. Wifi connection strength sometimes weak in room. No lift Some decor inconsistencies. The room is not worth 4 stars. Only two beds and nowhere to sit. The bed was horrible I have slept on rocks that were softer. I would recommend the Hotel but tell them to bring an air mattress. I would also suggest leaving a price list out for the tea and water. Noiseisolation between rooms is quite poor, not comfortable. Brekfast are always the same but good. I don't like the fact that there were no rooms for 3 or 4 people (family unfriendly). We had to add a cot for a child. I booked this hotel for my boss as he was about to travel to Odessa on business meeting. Before his arrival I contacted the reception by e-mail asking a few question but nobody replied. Despite of that, my boss was satisfied with this accomodation for a reasonable price. Restaurant staff is slow, even with no other customers. Tube tv in room.....really.
