An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak much English. The location was superb with all the facilities of the City within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The staff was tremendous since I am an english speaker and helped me with tips of Odessa. Everything you need is in walking distance and will stay again the next time I visit Odessa. This is the second time we stayed (group of 5) in OES. Very happy and satisfied again...great location, clean rooms with everything you can need and helpful staff. They even upgraded two of our rooms for free! I recommend it to everyone visiting Odessa. very polite and friendly staff, they check-in me about 10.00 am ( thank you very much ) excellent location, a few steps to the Deribasovskaya street. but hotel has a back yard, which is far from noise... fast wi-fi connection... Being from the US, it was very helpful the that staff spoke English. The airline lost our luggage and you staff was helpful in accepting the luggage without us being there. Free breakfast choices were very good. Very near the main street of Odessa. Especially good location for winter, fall and spring. Hotel management is helpful. Breakfast is good. Love the location. I love the location but the description of the hotel was very deceptive. It was apartment building not as described. I rated from 1 to 10. The hotel rate:1 and location: 8. I would never recommend to anyone. The top floor location was fine for me and provided welcome exercise most of the time but there is no lift so travellers with mobility problems should enquire carefully before booking. Nothing!!!!!. One minor issue, I wish they offer free airport transfers outside the business hours as well. They do provide it free of charge during regular business hours only. Look you could find many small things to write about, but remember, this is Ukraine. The owner and staff work within a totally different system. For the system, the rooms are excellent, food good, facilities great, but on international standard, they are 3 star. there was no shampoo and shower gel, towels didn't smell fresh. Bathroom facilities are in horrible conditions. Also, there is no elevator, so keep it in mind if you order 4th floor apts. The rooms look a lot better on the internet than they are! The internet leads you to believe bath tubs in the room. Local people told me I could get better rooms for less money elsewhere. I would stay again while I looked for other accomadation. Thanks. The so called buffet breakfast was misleading. After the second day, I would not eat there. - airport shuttle is advertised, but goes so rarely (2x a day or so), that it is practically impossible to count on using it. no lift. Lack of Hot water Lack of Electicity Very bad welcome No direct Window to the sunday. Food. Hotel was not very clean, they overcharge for services they offer. There was no electricity till 3 am , no hot water , and the room was extremely cold because no heating in the room . Next day no body even cared to apologize . Very very deceptive, not as described or advertised. Misrepresention and misleading.
