A great location on Bootham Terrace. Only minutes from centre of York. The apartment contains all one would require for a stay. It was large enough for four persons without getting in each others way. Elevator to the apartment was a bonus and good security. The parking permit was well worth it as we left the car for three days as you will not need it in central York.

Position excellent for the City centre. Beds very comfortable. Two bathrooms always a treat. Comfortable seating area and dining table. Easy parking outside apartment block. Very quiet when we were there. Didn't see another soul in the block.
The apartments is well located to the centre of York, giving easy access to York Minster, the National Railway Museum, Jorvik viking centre and other attractions. The apartment is comfortable and mostly has good facilities.The easy booking and payment option. Easy to find and locate apartment.
Hard to find directions are not very clear. A name plague is required on the apartment block for easier access. The bed mattress needs replacing in one of the bedrooms it is extremely uncomfortable.
Just a few small things needed to make the kitchen more homely
Toilet brushes!.
The key master box was very high up and i struggled to reach it.Also the mirrors in the bathroom were too high up .
Bit cold at times as the heating didn't cover everywhere but nothing major.

Lack of crockery/cooking equipment. The bare minimum only. Advertised as a four star equivalent and really was not. Struggled to cook a meal there and we were only 3 in a four bed apartment. Freezer unusable as completely iced up.
The shower cubicle downstairs is very small and the shower head in the upstairs bath did not work. Being only a couple, the price was a bit on the expensive side but would be good value for two couples.Unable to get hold of anyone to let you into the apartment if your pin does not work. Very poor customer service once payment has been made or if you need assistance during your stay.
