  The staff were all brilliant, they were very helpful, friendly and inviting, the apartments were gorgeous very clean and loads of space with amazing views of the high street and odeon without their been any noise, I have been once before to the apartments, but my 9 friends had not, but they will all be re visiting again, we didn't get all of the s... what people say » taffs names but we would like to thank david the 2 girls who checked us out of apartments and the man who checked us in, they helped give my friend (t - The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

  The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.   I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

  We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

  I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar.   Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone... what people say » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.
