The apartments are unmanned and will require that you to contact the property at least 48 hours in advance to arrange pick-up of the keys.

Important information to guests

The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in. All guests must be aged 25 years or older. Check-in times are between 15:00 and 23:00 at the office. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arrange at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out. The office address is: 2 Hudson Gardens 136 Duke Street Liverpool L1 5BB Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorisation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
