The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously.
As for the room itself, it was very quiet, spacious and had a cool and modern design. It was equipped with a huge flat screen telly, comfortable bed and sofa, big fridge, dining ta

We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process. Then he took the time to give us a map and explain the many different things to see and do and made suggestions on how to go about it. He was very helpful. Every time we saw him at the desk as we were coming and going, he would make time to engage in conversation if we sought it out. He made phone calls for us, he helped us rent a car, he helped us plan day trips, and really went above and be

The hotel is a beautiful listed building, converted with a modern twist, and retaining almost all the original features; in a really good location for a visit to Edinburgh. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La verdad si volviera a Edimburgo repetiria en Haggis hostel sin duda.

Everything! The location across from Waverley Train Station, the superb set-up of the apartment, the high-speed internet, NetFlix provided free of charge. This place is a gem. If you're not looking for an hotel room, this is the place to go. As of next summer, the new Edinburgh Trams will be rolling in front of this flat. Super experience. -
The
... what people say » studio apartment was ideal for my needs and was very nicely furnished. The small kitchen area, which you can close off behind doors, is perfect and had everything I needed. There is no cooker but a good quality built-in microwave. The bathroom was large and modern and the living/sleeping area was bigger than a standard hotel room.

We've stayed at Hotel Indigo in Glasgow which is fabulous and the Edinburgh one did not disappoint either. The decor was great in the hotel. Was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. It felt tremendously homely and the bed was so comfortable. ... what people say » breakfast had a vast selection. Great :) - The room (410) was excellent, very modern decor with a large bathroom and plasma TV above the Bath! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. Breakfast choice was varied and of a high standard and the hotel itself is a wonderful Georgian building. Some of the reviews I had read portrayed the hotel badly, I would say totally ignore this - it is a great hotel.
