  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile.   The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for our stay, within easy reach of the things we wanted to do. It was easy to drive too, with easy parking behind the hotel. It was also easy to get out of Edinburgh from this location.
