homely feel due to there being all the facilities such as a clean cooker, washing machine..etc that we required for our stay. also liked the fact that it was an apartment that we could come and go as we pleased rather than having to go to a hotel reception for the keys or throgh a reception area and also that we did not have to leave the room to go to a dining room. Hot-el-Apartments may pre-authorise your card GBP 100 or more per apartment booked before arrival. If using a Visa Electron card, a pre-authorisation will be required at check-in. A security deposit of GBP 100 or more may be required prior to arrival for incidentals. Please note that for advance purchase reservations, the pre-authorisation on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so, may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver's licence/passport) at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry. If you plan to check-in after 20:00, please contact Hot-el-Apartments in advance, to arrange late arrival procedures. Extra beds requested are sofa beds. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. The property cannot accommodate hen or stag parties, and parties are not allowed. All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. The property will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21. Please note that the apartments are refreshed with clean bed linen and towels once per week for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, no complimentary refreshes are offered.
