homely feel due to there being all the facilities such as a clean cooker, washing machine..etc that we required for our stay. also liked the fact that it was an apartment that we could come and go as we pleased rather than having to go to a hotel reception for the keys or throgh a reception area and also that we did not have to leave the room to go to a dining room. Thanks to the staff for excellent service. . Excellent Hotel.The location is excellent and the hotel warm, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and tasteful. I shall be visting again and will recommend to friends. Friendly staff, free car parking, easy access to city centre. I would say it is more 3+ than 4* but for the price we paid was a fantastic deal and everything you could need. Comfortable apartment although the bed was a little small (standard double size). The shower was fantastic, really powerful and was one of those where you can chose to hold it in your hand. I found that an apartment rather than a hotel room was much more comfortable.The kitchen though small was ideal with microwave, fridge etc. so you can eat a takeaway rather than having to eat out each evening.Very clean, well appointed and excellent value for money. Handy for the city. W would sty there again. Good location , friendly staff, spacious apartment. We liked the appartment with kitchen facilities, livingroom and separate bedrooms. It was very close to the Botanical Garden, which is a lovely place. The location which enabled us to walk into the city centre and that it was also in a quiet area so no noise disturbance in the middle of the night.Suite was well set up. Location was excellent. Location was fairly good, the fact it had parking. flexibility, location, rate and the facilities. We did feel that the living area was a little small for 4 people, but since we did not spend a great deal of time in the apartment, this was not really an issue on this occasion.A little run down but not extremely so. Some of the decor was a little out of date - they say they are luxury apartments but I wouldn't say this was the case.beds were uncomfortable. Location, noise from traffic and matress was hard and lumpy.
