  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  We arrived with our son who is wheelchair bound , and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. She even sent his breakfast up to him on a tray!!! FANTASTIC....The building couldnt have been more central!! All in all, a fantastic budget place to stay in Edinburgh.   Eveything, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was superb and the rooms were beautiful, once we had figured out where the twon centre was it was an easy walk an we throughly enjoyed our stay and will deffiantely return. - Staff were excellent.
