The quality of the breakfast and the fact that they were charging me afull breakfast when I ordered a continental breakfast. I rang however and the girl was very friendly and it was not a big deal.It was the one fault. I would of liked an entertainment special offer for the non adult stations too. room a bit too hot. It would be useful if those wishing to use the hotel's parking facilities could be told the procedure (e.g. where to temporarily park) when they arrive. The internet was horrible. Inability to charge directly to room was frustrating. Also, the connection was poor. Please switch to IBAHN like most other European hotels. It works well and can be charged to the room directly. As it stands, I will most likely use an internet cafe on my next visit as opposed to the in-room internet.bathroom could do with refurbishment and the white towels in bathroom were old and not a good colour. Very dim lighting in bedroom. I think breakfast should be inclusive of the price per night rather than separately. The hotel is expensive, not least considering that breakfast was not included.We had to move room as the original room was close to an external nightclub (Revolution) with high noise levels to be expected to 3am. Not being able to open windows in room and no tea/coffee makingfacilities tv reception very poor. noise cause by the fridge and smell in the lift. Breakfast did not live up to £15.95 price £15 per night parking normal for central Cambridge but still excessive when added to room rate Total cost for two including breakfast and parking at weekend room rate is £196 per night. poor seating / lounge area.
