Good facilities. I liked the Turkish Bath!. comfort and cleanlines of the rooms. It was very quite hotel. Morover I like the hotel dsign which is similar to historical building. Location was really good, at the heart of historic part of Istanbul. Very close to Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet. Dining room has a very beautiful view of Bhosporus. Rooms are very comfy and nice.

Initial booking of room was wrong, even after I had called to check wreservations. Not very helpful!. everything is fine. room was a bit noisy. It is not available to bring something eatable or drinkable in to the hotel. Minor point for moments of relaxation between city visits - had a choice of 20 Turkish (or Korean) TV channels but rarely the one French or English channel worked.key was not working during one day, empty and cold lobby. The tap water was not drinking water, but no drinking water was provided in the rooms, only bottled water in the minibar at a high price. And when we brought water into the hotel, we were told there was a rule that no food or drink from outside could be consumed inside the hotel, We did not see this rule in any of the hotel information, but only heard it verbally from one member of hotel staff.Pillows and blankets all pollyfill, smokingandnon-smoking rooms are mixed, breakfast is rather poor, rooms are cold. When I moved in they gave me a room that had no heat (I had to sleep in my clothes), and bed linen was not clean, while bed was made (if not for smeared mascara on the pillow, I probably would not noticed it). Insulation in rooms are poor - I heard my neighbors talking, snoring, phone. It is very cold and unpersonal. You will never seat in the lobby. The decoration is oldfashion. The room may be the one of any hotel everywhere, but not in Instambul.equipment in the room. Tv channels were all in turkish. No place fo KIDS to play.reception can take decision to change the room agreed in the booking. the room. we had to asked for a bathing soap and room cleaned every day there we some kind of odour we had to opened window every day and dealing with the sreet noises those are the basic things should be done without a guest to asked especially when you advertised your Hotel is 5 star . the service was bad..There was nothing that i liked. In a 5 star hotel those people did not switch on the air conditioning. Not at all helpfull staff. A 3 star hotel which stayed at Air conditioning for only 80 euros. These guys ripped us off and charged 229 euros for 5 rooms which unfornutely i had booked in this hotel.I hope this experiance is my last with this hote.
