Very nice hotel with its own Turkish face. I liked the Turkish bath, awesome breakfast, including many turkish dishes, unusual elevator and of course very friendly and helpful personal. The location is just in thу centre, and the price is really very cheap for such a quality. The menagement is very good. Very near to centar of the town only four station with tramvai.the location in the old city of Istanbul.

Special thanks to Emre and Pashi.I really liked the location. It was very easy to come from the airport through metro and tram.Mr. Ferhat at the reception was very cooperative and pleasant. I got all the guidance about nearby places...even bus fares. I was a single female traveller so all of it was very comforting for me. The staff is very welcoming and always helpful. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, small problems are dealt with immediately. There was no leaflet of facilities in the room..also at the lobby. However this hotel might have had a turkish bath and gym eg.,we couldn't utilize these. Breakfast was too poor and the facilities they say on the webpage werenot visible.Room was not very clean (leaving 2YTL to the cleaning-lady helped a little). No non-smoking rooms were available, so we had to tolerate tobacco-stink for the first 2 days. The region where the hotel is, looks like a ghetto, compared to some nicer areas (Ortaköy, etc) of the city. I think it is less than 3 stars hotel. bathroom. The room which was given to us did not have a proper bathroom. We had to change the room because of this. The information given on the website was not accurate.room was not clean, facilities are old and require refurbishment. rooms are very poor, carpet smells, and too much overpriced for what you get.
