Good location, clean enough for a traveller, nice staff. The bedroom
itself is not too small, but there is no wardrobe. Overall pretty good
for the price. And even if there is no elevator, the staff was very
helpfull and carried our luggages.

small family rooms, no elevator.
One day (out of 4) there was no room service, which was weird. Breakfast
was ok, even if some days the cakes seemed less than fresh. Also, noise
isolation is not top notch.
There is no lift but staff helps to move luggages.
During our staying room was reconstructured almost every day (new wardrobe, fridge, building of covering of air conditioner). Hopefully this is not a regurlar activity and only we faced with it.
Small upset in the first night as we had to stay in the sister hotel (Naz Wooden). Hotel staff took care of transport and all the adjustments.

some of the food did not look very fresh, more fruit, turkish coffee
should be offered could hear alot from next room and people coming in
late making alot of noise.
