An unimpressive front door leads to an excellent reception area staffed by very professional management & staff. Excellent breakfast room and one of the best appointed bedrooms I've seen (and we've traveled 3/4 of The World) Lovely roof garden & restaurant/bar with magnificent views of The Blue Mosque. Walking distance to almost everything you could want to see in Instanbul. Exceeded my expectations by far and, very reasonable - even with our diminished currency (The Rand).
all reviews » we liked the kind hospitality, the friendship of the staff, the front office manager was well experienced, they gave us excellent ideas what to visit , where to go and in case of any need or request, they were available, i can only recommend it to other tourists or even to business travellers-:) the breakfast was also excellent, and the roof terrace view was amazing, again the staff was great in all aspects which made our stay enjoyable!. Location was the BEST near Blue Mosk (5 min walking), in quite street. Stuff - very friendly, we arrived late in the night, but they showed us map and were telling a lot about the city. Helped to contact airlines. Rooms are very good designed, romantic style. Very nice garden for breakfast, good terrase restoraunt on the roof. They made my special request about b-d cake! It was lovely!. Loved the service and warm reception we were given by all! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Room was spacious and comfortable , bed was a bit hard. We ate a terrace resturant and food great , service was a bit slow( there was a lot of us so that may have been the reason). Highly recommend this Hotel!!. The rooms were kept very clean a bit on the small size but that was no problem.The rooms are kept very clean great cleaning staff. Front desk where always helpful and knowledgable of the local area transport to and from the airport was spot on If at any time we were going back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there again. We had a lovely stay in a charming hotel with wonderful staff. Smooth pick up at the airport. So conveniently located near Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Not to forget the Cisterns. Wifi free everywhere. Beautiful vue from Bar & Restaurant Terrasse. Welcome drink offered. Really recommending the hotel. The greeting at reception was warm and friendly The staff and food in the Rooftop restaurant were excellent. All the main attractions were within walking distance. The breakfast was great--good selection of wonderful food. It was also really nice to have available a hotel shuttle service to/from the Ataturk Airport. Perfect place, inside the old town and a few meters of all the important attractions. Clean and decorated room, coffee, tea and sweets available on room, the restaurant has good food and you are welcomed with drinks. Staff very professional and friendly. Room extremely comfortable. A fantasitc experience staying at the Sarnic Premier and I certainly recommend. A tip, get the hotel to organise a one on one tour guide. Location to main sights excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of so many fabulous sights in Sultanahmet. Staff are friendly and considerate and the rooms are nice and clean. very convenient location, friendly stuff. the location is great. Absolutely NOTHING. i have nothing to add here, sometimes the internet connection was not good and the signal was poor. breakfasts were poor, but we were not hungry. at least u could always eat vegetables and eggs:) but coffee was good. Call to prayer from the mosque at about 6am but that is nothing to do with the hotel you would get that in any muslim country you live with it. Not relevant. Only very minor dislike access to street was quite narrow. It was all good. Not applicable. The rooms were quite small and it was on a busy street so quite noisy. Ups-and-downs of two buildings joined together. Small reception area (but cosy enough!). I'm sure someone of the previous guests has smoked in my so-called "non-smoking" room. This was the major disappointment. You can hear the phone calling in the next room or your neighbour takes shower. All this noise didn't bother me much - after all sight-seeing I was just faling asleep at once. The double bed was just two single bads put together and covered with one big sheet. Very limited English Channels on TV. breakfast was'nt very good. I did not like that the airport transfer was late and I had to wait. I did not like the fact that the robe was so old it had holes in it! the amenities were budget and the coffee in the breakfast room was horrible! Also did not like that one of the staff got a ride home in the airport transfer with me and he did not share in the cost. Street noise into the small hours. many days without complimentary water,tea and coffee refills. Needed to ask all the time. 1. Street noise 2. Small rooms 3. Shabby lobby entrance. nothing. Bathroom was broken. Restaurant not interested in providing just a sandwhich even though it was on the menu!. TV set had some trouble working properly, not so critical, but useful when trying to relax after a long day tour. Tours offered by the hotel were good, but it gave me the impression that that one can get and book other tours with better quality. Room smaller than looked on website. No spa facilities. The entrance area of the hotel is a bit shabby looking. The room was small. When organizing trips, clients should be prevented in time-not later-about the serious delays of the collecting mini-bus, no matter the traffic conditions. The photos on the website make the hotel seem a little more luxurious than it actually is. It's actually quite basic but completely acceptable. Our room was fairly noisy because it faced the road and there is construction noise too. the suite was not a suite but just a 3 bed room, so the price was not worth it. Plus , the view was non existent from the 2nd floor... no gym.
