I want to express my deep respect to this hotel. I stayed in this hotel several times in past and stayed there 2 days ago. It's amazing hotel with professional and High "A" - Class service team. All was great and perfect in this hotel. When i'm in this hotel i feel in friendly and family atmosphere according from hotel staff and it's location. All members of staff are professionals, i want to thank to Ergun kuser and want to respect my deep respect with him, he is professional and ready to serv.
all reviews » We had our trip since 17 till 22 of april. The location is so close to the tram station, amazing view from the terrace, neither noise nor quite place - perfect place, stuff is polite and helpful, if you travel on your own they are glad to show you the way and explain everything you need, there are also Russian-speaking workers, small price costs small rooms ;) it wouldn't be a problem if you come back to the hotel late reception is always waiting for you, when it started to rain we were given u. I've stayed at Abella hotel from March' 17 tilll March' 21. My accommodation was fabulous!! I would like to emphasize the following "+" of Abella hotel: 1) Very friendly staff; 2) Magnificent view on the sea from the terrace restaurant; 3) Wonderful location of the hotel close to the main square Sultanahmet; 4) A cup of coffee/ tea every evening on Reсeption when I was coming back the hotel; 5) Light tasty breakfast; 6) Cozy spacious bed in the room; 7) Pleasant domestic atmosphere. Lovely . I stayed from 6-9 april 2013 and it was very nice. The staffse though some of them are lack with english still very warmth and friendly. The location also great..5 Mins walking distance to blue mosque, hagia sophia, kucuk ayasophia, topkapi saraye and gulhane park, and of course 2 mins walk to the famous marmara seaside where you can easily watch the dolphins play arround. What I like the most about this hotel of course the choice of the breakfast, so don't hope international roundabout here th. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace. In the center of everyhing. You can literally visit all of these whenever you feel like it, it's in front of the hotel door. Great staff, Hasan is very helpful, there for all your needs. The menu for breakfast is ok. The hotel is a very ideal place to stay . It is surrounded by lots of local restaurant n shopping area such as Arasta 5 mins n the Grand Bazaar 15 mins. The Blue Mosque n the tram stn are 10 mins away. So I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers n it has lift to asses to the rooms. The staff is really ready to help even in unexpected situations. The breakfast is interesting, the view from the breakfast terrace is excellent for the first morning in Istanbul. The location is good, close to various important places of Istanbul. Transportation (close to train). Very very close to historical center(4 minutes to go). Close to sea (it's nicely to make night walk to the sea). Also I liked morning view to Blue Mousque and seaview on а terrace(where you have a breakfast). Service, clean atmosphere, location, best staff and everything is excellent in this hotel. I recommend all to stay in this hotel, you will feel as in your home when staying in this hotel. Old furniture (but new mattress and snow-white sheets), colling for morning praying didn't allow to sleep enough (but it's all over the old part of the city). The hotel rooms are very good and clean, but only the apartment (for more people, in the apartment building) needs some repairs. The hotel shld consider providing a hot flask. We were 6 and stayed therefore in the "apartements". One should not expect much comfort there, but given the price it was OK. Tightness. I can't think of anything I did not like. Air condition are fridges are not workink properlel. Noisy rooms. Grumpy owner. Thin walls between rooms, one night was noisy because of neighbors. Lack of room cleaning during apartment stay. The downside of staying near the center of the action in a Muslim city is the pre-5am calls to prayer...think earplugs. The staff pressured us to pay upon arrival and then begged for cash instead of credit. This seems pretty par for the course for the Middle East, but the practice does not sit well with American travelers. The internet connection was not so good in the room.. The breakfast was normal... rooms are squeezing for a big guy.wifi s not reachable sometimes. Narrow room especially bathroom but ok, wifi not reaching our room. Orange juice was extra at the breakfast, and as it was not written at that moment the staff stopped me to warn me of this. In the end no commercial gesture: they made me pay. The double room is very small. rooms too cramped. Poor breakfasts Noisy. Very tight room, bathroom with mold. The maid dropped our bag with shoe cleaning staff in the garbage. Receptionist unfriendly and not co-operative. Dirty bathroom Tight on space No Internet in flat. I have been cancelled my reservation next day I dont recomend any one to take an appartment there , Old building and furniture Hot,dirty baths ,no cleaning every thing. Very bad service in abella hotel ,I rent from e99 from letsbookhotel.com,,,at hotel they give me bad room very old &discasten bed smill very bad they hotel manager aske me to pay extra e50 to change my rooms with out her room & I payed e150 to stay .,,,it will be last time for me to book with abella hotel.
