First when we read these comments we were little afraid how this hotel would be. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Luckily because of excellent location there was nice restaurants near the hotel so waiting was not bad when we got something to eat. Neighbourhood was really peaceful and safe, we didnt feel ourselves threatned at any point of our vacation. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc.
all reviews » This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price . This is the best place for the money in Turkey.Modern place great for value excellent location.It was located in the city center.The rooms are actually bigger and the beds were amazingly confortable.The staff who are really care about you are quite friendly and helpful. they are really responsive to e mails .which I really appreciate.Would definetly stay again. Location of the hotel was very central to all the main attractions in İstanbul with hagıa sofia blue mosque and grand bazaar all within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with all our requests The room were comfortable and very clean. This apartment is in an excellent location. Everything is within easy walking distance. The beds were really comfy and clean. Blondie girl who took me to the flat was so kind and pretty. Reasonable price, great location. the price. the location is very comfortable. Inside the hotel stairs were pretty steep and dangerous especially if you are travelling with little kids etc. since there were no railing. In our room there was one direct spot between bathroom and room that had some ants on it. For blankets there was no duvet covers. We didnt find any buttons to control air-conditioner and in August it was impossible to sleep without air-condition on, so in the morning it was pretty cold. The best location ever!!!. The toilet was broken and dad had to fix it! There was a leaking drain at the bottom of the stairs that smelt bad.... abscence of noise insulation. when we arrived, we couldn't come into the hotel, the door was closed. We needed to wait 30 minutes while the staff arrived and we get our keys. The facilities were not as good as it was described.
